Q: What should I do if the app and device cannot connect?

Q: When the App shows that the light cannot be connected, please check the following content


A: Does the APP allow access to device information/Whether the APP is allowed to take photos and record videos/Whether the APP is allowed to access the photos and media on your device

     Remember to click Allow and Always Allow; when connected for use, Bluetooth is turned on and location information is turned on to ensure normal use.
